Some kitchen appliances are more hype than helpful (looking at you panini maker). But the air fryer? It’s hands down better than all of your kitchen appliances — combined.
It’s basically a shrunken convection oven that makes everything you put in it crispy and delicious WITHOUT OIL. It sounds like magic, but it’s not. The air fryer works by circulating hot air around your food. Thanks to its small, compact space, the hot air quickly cooks and crisps. It’s your secret to ...

The most succulent chicken breasts ever. The quick cooking time means breasts remain tender while the breading gets extra crispy. All without a drop of oil. It's an actual miracle.

Guiltless donuts. ICYMI, the air fryer can cook so much more than just battered, breaded foods. If you've tried baked doughnuts, brace yourself. Air fried donuts are so much better.

Perfectly cooked fish. Every. Single. Time. The air fryer makes everything from salmon to shrimp crunchy on the outside, flaky and juicy on the inside with literally zero effort on your part.

Insanely easy roasted veggies. Ovens take a while to heat up, but air fryers warm right up in seconds. Just spritz veggies with oil, stick ‘em inside, and within minutes you end up with veggies that your family will devour. Our new cookbook Check out Party in an Air Fryer! includes 80+ recipes. We’re talking pizza, egg rolls, avo fries, coconut shrimp, fish and chips, zucchini fries, wings, and even desserts like cannolis and brownie pudding.

  • 15 pcs. Plastic skewers optional

Instructions

  • Preheat Stove-Top heavy-bottom deep pan or any similar cooking ware over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  • Just add enough salt to cover the entire bottom of your pan to help stabilize the heat evenly.
  • Place fitted wire rack in the center and cover with a lid. The lid hole should be sealed with a foil so the heat can’t escape.
  • Line muffin tins / silicon molds with same size cupcake liners.
  • Mix all ingredients until smooth, at least 25 strokes or less, do not over mix according to package direction.
  • Fill each tins/molds up to 2/3’s full or divide the batter into 15 cupcake liners.
  • Cook the cupcake in a preheated casserole for about 6-8 minutes.
  • Keep an eye of your cupcakes coz’ we may have different kinds of stove and the heat varies.
  • To check, insert wooden stick in the center and if comes out clean or a few moist crumbs, its done.
  • Repeat process for the second batch. Fire off and let it cool completely on a wire rack, before frosting.

Lets prepare our frosting:

  • We will be using 100g of Frosty Whip Cream Powder that would be ¾cups of FWCP and to that we are going to add a 1/3 cup of super cold water.
  • Moistened the cream powder first before whipping.
  • When it’s fully whipped and aerated, you can add vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
  • Transfer in a piping bag with your favorite nozzle tip and we are ready to frost.

Let’s frost our cupcake:

  • Just pipe a good amount of frosting on top of each vanilla cupcake. (Press, Swirl and Release)
  • Top with sprinkles of your choice and design with birthday cupcake topper and marshmallow on top.
  • This is perfect for Kid’s birthday party, you can use printed cupcake liners and sprinkles of your choice that will match to your party motif.
