Simply Recipes Meal Plan: October 2018, Week 3

This month, we welcome back Marta Rivera for more of her meal plans. Marta is a trained chef, mom of twins, and Army wife – and she is also one of our Simply Recipes contributors and recipe testers!

I don't know about you, but I find that just because I've fallen into a school/life routine by this point in the fall, it doesn't mean life is easier.

The most powerful weapon I have in my arsenal is my deep-freezer. As a food blogger, there's always food that needs to be made, but not always the desire to actually make it — can you relate?

For the meals this week, either do some prep work ahead so your freezer is stocked, or if you’re cooking during the week, make a double-batch and freeze for leftovers!
