Top Recipes This Week (Sneak Peek: Peanut Butter Blossoms!)

Latest recipes from Simply Recipes.

Hi, friends!
I hope you had a great week. Was it just me or did it really fly by?

I've made a promise to myself to check some things off my list early this year to avoid that holiday frenzy, and I'm starting by stocking the pantry for holiday baking. If you're looking to add a few new cookie recipes to your repertoire, we're featuring classic Peanut Butter Blossoms and Elise's delicious Ginger Biscotti this week. Both are great for cookie exchanges, hostess gifts, or just plain snacking!

And if you're still in the mode of taking a deep breath before diving back into holiday cooking and baking, I'll point you to our recent post on How to Cook Dried Beans. I think you'll appreciate it and may even learn something new!

Regardless of what you end up cooking this week, I hope it turns out famously and you get to share it with people that make you happy.
