Meal Plan for February Week 4!

This meal plan is brought to you in partnership with Milk Life. 

This month, we welcome back Marta Rivera for more of her meal plans. Marta is a trained chef, mom of twins, and an Army wife!

While most of the country may buried in their puffy coats, here in Central Texas, I've been sporting flip-flops and Bermuda shorts for a good while. Nevertheless, I'm feeling the need to usher in Spring by introducing a couple of recipes that are lighter fare. Most of these are great next day for lunch–even cold. For me, that's a bonus.
