{NEW RECIPES!} Vietnamese Chicken Curry, Brown Sugar Baked Ham, How To Make Pad Thai, and MORE

Latest recipes from Simply Recipes.

Hi, everybody! Here in San Jose where I live, rain is streaming down and I can see newly-green tips of the tree branches outside my window bobbing in the wind. As soon as I'm done writing you, I think I'll curl up on the couch with a stack of magazines and a mug of tea, and enjoy this early spring day.

It's the kind of spring day that still calls for something cozy for dinner, but not too heavy. I think the Vietnamese Chicken Curry with Sweet Potatoes and Lemongrass that we published last week from author Andrea Nguyen will hit the spot perfectly.

Hey, are you in planning mode for Easter yet? If so, you HAVE to check out our recipe for Brown Sugar Baked Ham. I look at those photos and want to lick the screen. P.S. Keep an eye out for our Easter Menu Planner, which is launching this Friday! We'll send out an email so you know it's ready.

Ok, that mug of tea is calling! Here's wishing you all a lovely week filled with bouquets of spring flowers, warming meals, and good company.

XO
