{NEW RECIPES} Stovetop Double Stack Cheeseburgers, Grilled Beef Lettuce Wraps, Chorizo and Egg Breakfast Tacos, and MORE!

Latest recipes from Simply Recipes.

Hi, friends! I'm just getting back from mini-vacation to San Diego -- if you follow my Instagram Stories (@christensenemma), you probably saw my fun pics from the San Diego Zoo! I'm back now and realized this morning that I have zero food in the fridge, zero dinners planned, and zero back-up meals in the freezer. Oopsie.

Nick's Stovetop Double-Stack Cheeseburgers to the rescue! He describes them as the "absolute best version" of a fast food burger, and that sounds perfect. I can pick up the ingredients while running errands this afternoon and have these on the table in under 30 minutes.

What are you cooking this week?!
