Hi, friends! I'm just getting back from mini-vacation to San Diego -- if you follow my Instagram Stories (@christensenemma), you probably saw my fun pics from the San Diego Zoo! I'm back now and realized this morning that I have zero food in the fridge, zero dinners planned, and zero back-up meals in the freezer. Oopsie. Nick's Stovetop Double-Stack Cheeseburgers to the rescue! He describes them as the "absolute best version" of a fast food burger, and that sounds perfect.
