{NEW RECIPES!} Chicken Piccata Pasta, Yeasted Belgian Waffles, Chai-Spiced Vegan Rice Pudding, and MORE!

Latest recipes from Simply Recipes.

Hi, friends! I was in Salt Lake City over the weekend attending the Everything Food Conference, a big event for food bloggers all over the country. I saw lots of friends there, ate tons of good food (naturally!), and overall had a blast. But boy oh boy, am I EXHAUSTED this week! I'm so excited to sleep in my own bed!

I feel like I'm just catching up with what went up on Simply Recipes last week, too. Did you see that Chicken Piccata Pasta? Doesn't it look good?! What a great meal for little ones and grown-ups alike. And if you're looking for some Mother's Day inspiration, check out our Yeasted Belgian Waffle recipe. Top with syrup and berries, and you've got a winning breakfast for sure.

Hope you are all well! Love each other, cook good food, and ignore the dishes as long as you can...
