New Recipes! Ice Cream Sandwiches, Steak Noodle Bowls, Air Fryer Mozzarella Sticks, and MORE!

Latest recipes from Simply Recipes.

Hello, lovelies! We're having one last heatwave here in San Jose as I type up this letter to you (97°F today!), and it has me hiding indoors with all the lights off and all the fans on. BLECK! As much as I love summer tomatoes and summer peaches and summer strawberries, I do not love the summer heat. I for one will be quite happy to slip into the cooler days coming soon.

But until then, we have ICE CREAM SANDWICHES! And also GREEN BEAN SALAD! And for a quick won't-heat-up-the-kitchen dinner, we have Steak Noodle Bowls with Miso-Lime Dressing. That's enough to see us through this last heatwave, right?!

Stay cool, friends! Don't forget to drink lots of water!

XO,
Emma
