Starting on Monday with Cauliflower Parmesan. This low-carb, vegetarian dinner majorly cuts the calories without sacrificing flavor. On Tuesday, we're keeping things extra cozy with Crock-Pot Butternut Squash Soup. Throw everything in the slow cooker before you leave for work, and dinner's ready when you get home π. Wednesday = Philly Cheesesteak Sheet Pan Fajitas night. These tacos are in no way authentic, but do you really care? (NO.) On Thursday, we're making our 5-star Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo. Because we went too long in the week without pasta, and this recipe is one of our absolutely faves. Friday's gotta be pizza night. And Pizza Chaffles totally count. WTF are chaffles?! Keto-friendly cheesy waffles that are blowing up right now. Our are best because we top them with marinara, mozz, and pepperoni. π π π Check out this week's recipes.
