New Recipes! Cacio e Pepe, Grilled Chicken Under a Brick, Banoffee Cheesecake, and MORE!

Latest recipes from Simply Recipes.

Hello, everybody!

I came down with a nasty cold this past week and feel like I'm only now starting to recover. Blergh. I've basically been living off our Quick Chicken Pho from the site. Luckily, the weather has finally cooled off, so being cozy inside with a bowl of soup wasn't too bad!

Now that my appetite has returned, I'm looking over our recipes from last week and feeling HUNGRY! A giant bowl of Cacio e Pepe sounds just about perfect. I'm also dying to make Grilled Chicken Under a Brick. Have you ever tried this technique? I'm a sucker for crispy chicken skin, so this is right up my alley.

Have a fantastic week! Happy cooking!

XO,
Emma
