Starting with meatless Monday, we've got vegetarian Kung Pao Cauliflower Balls. We ate them directly out of the skillet (no shame) but they'd be great over rice or on a bed of greens. On Tuesday we're turning to comfort food and making Makinze's Turkey Divan. It might sound old school, but once you taste that Ritz topping (!!!) we promise you'll want it on your permanent rotation. Wednesday (well, Tuesday night) we're starting prep for our slow-cooked Pulled Pork Chili. Trust us, once you have a big bowl of it with some cornbread on the side, of course, the long cook time will feel extremely worthwhile. Thursday we're keeping it simple with this 10-minute Air Fryer Salmon. We recently discovered that the air fryer does AMAZING things for salmon—you've gotta try it. (Hint: crispiest. skin. EVER.) To celebrate making it to the weekend, we're making Lemon Garlic Baked Drumsticks on Friday. You most likely have all the ingredients for the genius marinade in your pantry already! Pairs well with a cold mug of beer 😉 Check out this week's recipes.
