This month, please welcome back Aaron Hutcherson and his meal plans! Aaron is a regular contributor here on Simply Recipes and the blogger behind The Hungry Hutch.

I just returned to the East Coast from California for a wedding. Anytime I travel, I have a hard time jumping back into the kitchen right away.

So this week, I’m easing back in with simple recipes that are full of flavor, like sheet pan pork chops and pasta with meat sauce.

By the end of the week, we’re making lobster! And if you’ve never cooked lobster at home before, don’t fret. There are plenty of tips and pictures included in the recipe to help make it a success.

We start the week with takeout-style Chinese food and cap it off with a little luxury. Now that's what I call balance.
