This month, please welcome back Aaron Hutcherson and his meal plans! Aaron is a regular contributor here on Simply Recipes and the blogger behind The Hungry Hutch.

Happy Halloween week! I may be a thirty-something adult, but I still love celebrating the holiday as much as anyone. (My version of celebrating usually involves watching Hocus Pocus at home with friends.)

If you celebrate and end up carving pumpkins, be sure to save the seeds for roasting! They are great as a snack or for sprinkling on salads.

This week we're going global. Live like an Italian while eating pasta e fagioli or stuffed shells while sipping a glass of Chianti. Travel down to Argentina for a steak dinner with chimichurri. Savor the Middle Eastern flavors of cardamom chicken and tabbouleh.

For something a little closer to home, enjoy classic Cajun and Creole cooking with shrimp etouffee.
