Lena here with 5 exciting new recipes for the coming week.   We're starting out on Monday with some Turkey Enchiladas! They're a great use of holiday leftovers; if you don't have any, one large turkey breast should do the trick. Next, we're celebrating the last (!!!) Taco Tuesday of the year with Instant Pot Carnitas. The leftovers freeze well, so you can continue the tradition well into the new year. On Wednesday, we're taking a break from meat with Balsamic Glazed Cauliflower. Time to get all those servings of veggies you missed over the holidays. 😉Thursday we're making these super tender Keto Pork Chops. You don't have to be keto to appreciate the creamy mushroom sauce, which we could literally eat out of the skillet with a spoon. On Friday we're sticking to our New Year's resolution (eat more pizza) and making this Chicken Alfredo Pizza. It's the perfect way to kick off the first weekend of 2020.
