It's January, and we've got all the comfort food your heart desires. If you have trouble reading this message, view it in a browser. Hi friends! Lena here with 5 delicious recipes for the coming week.
We're starting the week off strong with our ultra-creamy Zoodle Alfredo. Loaded with tons of parm and crispy bacon, it will absolutely cure even the worst case of the Mondays. On Tuesday, we're whipping up some hearty Porcupine Meatballs—they're best served with crusty bread for sopping up all that delicious tomato sauce. We're keeping things simple on Wednesday with this Pork Tonkatsu. Even people who claim to dislike pork will go nuts for this crispy, juicy chop. On Thursday we're throwing together some super simple (but crazy flavorful) Instant Pot Chicken Breasts. Serve them sliced over greens, rice, or your favorite veggie sides. When we make it to Friday, we're treating ourselves to Grilled Hanger Steak. No need to fire up the grill, a grill pan or heavy-bottomed skillet will do the trick! Any leftovers = steak & eggs for Saturday's breakfast. 😎Happy cooking! Check out this week's recipes.
