Buko Pandan Yogurt Popsicle Recipe

How to make Buko Pandan Yogurt Popsicle

Buko Pandan Yogurt Popsicle  – Whether it rains or shines, you can never go wrong with eating a sweet treat like popsicles. Popsicles is a snack treat that is enjoyed by all ages and at all times, and when you come to think of it—when we talk about popsicles the immediate flavors that pop in your head are chocolate, milk, watermelon and strawberry.

All these are tasty flavors, don’t get me wrong. However, I do always crave for something more native. With this craving, I was able to come up with a recipe that satisfied my need for native flavor popsicles but with a twist—it is Buko Pandan Yogurt Popsicle. Buko Pandan is a flavor I would associate to Filipino flavors and it is a good flavor to put in a dessert.

There are many known Buko Pandan desserts in the Philippines like Buko Pandan Salad, Buko Pandan Ice Cream, and Buko Pandan cake. But I wanted to make something a whole lot simpler than all those and put a different taste to it as well.

Buko Pandan Yogurt Popsicle

Buko Pandan in itself is delicious, but I remember reading about yogurt popsicles and thinking that Buko Pandan can work with a yogurt popsicle. So, technically, this makes it a delicious but healthy dessert, since we are using yogurt as one of our main ingredients to form the popsicle. Plus, Buko Pandan has tons of nutrients and vitamins that boost skin and hair growth. Not to mention, the benefits we can get from the sweet corn kernels I also want to add as an additional twist.
