We are starting the week by throwing it back with Homemade Chicken Strips. Every crispy bite is full of nostalgia and tastes so much better when you make them yourself. On Tuesday, we'll keep it fresh and healthy with Mediterranean Shrimp and Rice Soup. It's extremely easy to make and so aromatic you'll want to keep making it all week long! On Wednesday, let's try out this fun method for Beer Can Chicken. Roasting with a can of beer guarantees perfectly tender and juicy roast chicken every time. On Thursday, we're skipping the pasta and grabbing spaghetti squash instead. Meatball Stuffed Spaghetti Squash is every bit as satisfying as the classic, but with no extra carbs weighing you down. We're feeling fancy on Friday and making Chicken Marbella. It's perfect for date night and the most flavorful chicken we've had in a very long time.
