We're starting off the week with this ultra-saucy Crock-Pot Cube Steak. Start it in the morning and it'll be perfect by the time you get home from work. (Pro tip: serve it over buttered egg noodles, and thank us later. 😉) On Tuesday we're whipping up this Thai Basil Chicken. It's stellar over white rice, but brown rice or lettuce cups are great healthy alternatives. Wednesday we're having ourselves a little pizza party with this Almond Crust Pizza. It's gluten-free and Keto, and it comes together in well under an hour—bet your local delivery place can't top that! On Thursday we're tucking in to some Chicken Parm Stuffed Portobellos. All the chicken parm flavors you love in half the time, and with double the veggies. We're hooked! Friday we're skipping delivery and making California Rolls from scratch.
