Easy Desk Lunches if You’re Working From Home

Good morning, friends.

Our team is remote and scattered around the country, and many of us work from home as it is. But we realize a lot of folks are now faced with the situation of working from home (or simply just remaining home regardless of work) to stay healthy, and getting into the swing of making lunch each day can be a transition.

The biggest lifesaver to prepping lunch at home is to batch cook a few things in advance. Rice is a great place to start or a simple tomato soup you can reheat throughout the week. Refried beans make for easy quesadillas, and a quick homemade dressing can inspire simple salads.
