You don't need to be a morning person to enjoy this. If you have trouble reading this message, view it in a browser. Hello friends, Lena here! Next week is Breakfast Week here at Delish (!!!) and I've got 5 killer breakfast-for-dinner recipes to keep things interesting. Let's break it down.
We're starting off the week with a big serving of cheesy, bacon-y veggies, thanks to this Loaded Cauliflower Breakfast Bake. It's a super flexible recipe, so feel free to throw any extra veggies/random cheeses/wilting herbs into the mix. On Tuesday we're hacking one of our numerous packages of instant ramen to make this hearty Breakfast Ramen. (Bonus: You can use those flavor packets to make this crazy good Ramen Snack Mix!) Wednesday we're whipping up this quick and easy Frittata. The ricotta/mushroom/spinach combination is a good one—but any variety of cheeses and veggies will do the trick! On Thursday we're getting a little crazy with this over-the-top cheesy Breakfast Mac & Cheese. If you've been craving carbs, it's just what the doctor ordered. Finally, on Friday, we're indulging in this super fun Chicken 'N Waffles Casserole, AKA the best thing you can do with a box of frozen waffles. 😍 Happy cooking! Check out this week's recipes.
