On Memorial Day, we're making these irresistibly sweet and savory Brown Sugar BBQ Chicken Sandwiches. (And we'll probably whip up some of our Best-Ever Potato Salad while we're at it!) Tuesday we're making Lauren's Garlicky Shrimp Zucchini Boats. Eating veggies is a downright pleasure when they're stuffed with this much sautéed shrimp and cheese. 😉 On Wednesday we're back to comforting carbs with Buffalo Baked Ziti. Yep, it's just as good as it sounds. Thursday is all about Pineapple Baked Chicken. Trust us, it's the best way to use up that canned pineapple collecting dust in the back of your pantry. When we make it to Friday, we're celebrating with June's Noodle Salad.
