This Week’s Meal Plan: 5 Dinners to Beat the Heat

For those of you that live in the States and are celebrating the 4th today, we hope you have a relaxing day celebrating in your favorite ways.

Most of our team will be grilling with our families, so as we look to the week ahead we’re thinking about lighter fare. Our answer? Hearty salads.

All it takes is a bit of inspiration to tweak all of those garden greens into something you'd want to center your meals around. The simple addition of noodles or rice and your favorite protein can elevate your salads to entrée-level status.

We’ve got the week planned out with our BLT Salad and Asian Tuna Salad as well as a Caprese Pasta Salad you’ll want to make on repeat all summer long. While it’s not technically a salad and more of a whole grain bowl, our Black Bean Burrito Bowl takes taco salad to the next level and for nights when you really just don’t want to deal: Sesame Noodle Salad couldn’t be easier.

One last thing: Looking for more dinner ideas? Want to see nutritional facts on your recipes? We recently launched our new paid meal plan service. We have delicious meal plans to suit every taste and lifestyle. This month, our focus is on Dinner in a Flash – perfect for fun-filled summer days when no one feels much like spending the afternoon in the kitchen.
