Kicking it off with a meatless Monday, we can't wait to dig into this veggie-loaded Garlic Butter Mushroom Pasta. We're big fans of rigatoni noodles because they're great for catching sauce, but any pasta will do. On Tuesday we're treating ourselves to extra melty Chicken Cheesesteaks—make sure you have plenty of napkins on deck. We're looking forward to Miso Glazed Salmon with broccoli on Wednesday. It's an ingenious sheet pan dinner complete with our new favorite lime-miso glaze. On Thursday, we're finally using up the last of our leftover potluck hot dogs with these easy Hot Dog Veggie Skewers. If hot dogs aren't your thing, bratwurst or andouille sausage are great substitutes. When we make it to Friday, we're celebrating with incredibly tender St. Louis-Style Ribs. Makinze did my home state proud with these—they've got just the right amount of kick.
