We'll keep it light on Wednesday with Chicken Primavera Spaghetti Squash Boats. Filled with veggies and plenty of mozzarella, it will easily become one of your favorite summer meals. Let's have breakfast for dinner on Thursday with a Tortilla Omelet. The tortilla is cooked on top of the eggs for a crispy outside and cheesy inside. Keep it vegetarian, or add bacon or sausage!
