On Monday, we're using up our remaining summer veggies to make hearty and healthy Vegetable Spaghetti. Eating veggies is easy when they're topped with freshly grated cheese! Tuesday we're making the transition to fall with these Barbecue Chicken Stuffed Sweet Potatoes. Loaded with saucy chicken, smoked Gouda, and crunchy slices of jalapeño, these beauties will be in our dinner rotation all season. It's breakfast for dinner on Wednesday, and Philly Cheesesteak Omelets are on the menu. If steak isn't your jam, sub in sautéed mushrooms! Thursday we're keeping it light with Spicy Tuna Stuffed Avocados—the perfect use for that can of tuna hiding in the back of your cabinet. And finally, on Friday, we're cozying up to a big burrito bowl topped with Makinze's Chipotle Chicken.
