Pizza Waffles = not just for the kids. If you have trouble reading this message, view it in a browser. Hi friends! Lauren here with 5 comfort food dinners to help you get through the week ahead.
Starting with Butternut Squash Risotto. Admittedly, it's not the quickest of recipes. But everything comes together in one pot, and I think you'll find the stirring therapeutic. My biggest suggestion to save on time is to buy pre-cut butternut squash. In keeping with the fall theme, I highly recommend Apple Cider Glazed Chicken for Tuesday night's feast. The cozy combo of sweet potatoes + apples + apple cider + grainy mustard + rosemary will bring you joy. On Wednesday, let's keep it super simple with Salsa Verde Baked Eggs. And lots of tortilla chips for dipping. For Thursday: Tuscan Butter Salmon. It's one of our most popular recipes of all time (the tomato-basil cream sauce is 🔥 🔥 🔥), and if you haven't tried it yet, you need to ASAP. And finally, when we've made it to Friday, let's celebrate with super cheesy Pizza Waffles. It's meant for kids, but let's be real: We all want 'em. Check out this week's recipes.
