This pizza celebrates a classic Korean combo: kimchi and pork (sausages, in this case). Start with an easy homemade pizza dough and preheat your oven to the hottest setting for the perfect crust. If you don't have a pizza stone, use a large (at least 12-inch) cast iron skillet or a sturdy baking sheet that can withstand high heat.
