Simply combine sugar, fruit, herbs (we’re partial to the raspberry-mint combo above, but anything goes!), and vinegar, and let it sit. Overnight, it’ll transform into a sticky syrup that packs a flavor punch, perfect for adding into mocktails, cocktails, and more.   Summer fruit isn’t around for long, so you might as well pack it in everywhere you can.
