Pumpkin Horchata GET THE RECIPE Horchata is a recipe that always delivers, no matter the time of day or season. Our  sweet, creamy, and perfectly spiced classic horchata is always a go-to, but this pumpkin version really sets itself apart. It’s like a PSL, but SO much cozier. This drink leaves out the booze—making it perfect for a Halloween party for all ages, or simply as a fall sipper after your pumpkin patch visit—but it’s great with rum too, if you desire. The best part? You can make this recipe up to a week ahead, then store it in the fridge until you’re ready to serve.   We’re keeping the gourd times going with a menu that celebrates everything you can do with the great pumpkin. From an adorable app that even pumpkin haters will love to a protein-packed side, gnocchi dinner, and upgraded oatmeal cookie that all incorporate signature fall flavors, this menu is here to turn an average party or weeknight into an autumnal wonderland.  Serving Ideas: Pumpkin Cheese Ball GET THE APP Creamy Pumpkin Beans & Greens GET THE SIDE Creamy Pumpkin Gnocchi With Italian Sausage GET THE DINNER Vanilla-Glazed Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies GET THE DESSERT Unsubscribe | Manage Preferences | Privacy Notice | CA Notice at Collection Delish is a publication of Hearst Magazines. ©2026 Hearst Magazine Media, Inc.
