We're kicking it off with the ultimate comfort food: Spaghetti Lovers Soup. It's everything you love about pasta in a warm bowl of tomato soup, topped with LOTS of cheese. On Tuesday, we're keeping our carbs in check and trying out Keto Fried Chicken. It's juicy and crispy and not at all boring, because we would never do that to you. Skip the cleanup on Wednesday and make this insanely easy Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin. The entire meal is made on one pan and it's a showstopper. Thursday's night meal, Instant Pot Sweet Potatoes, is ready in a snap and super satisfying. We love ours loaded with chicken and bacon but you can top with any of your favorite hearty ingredients! Finally, on Friday we are still keeping things simple with Slow-Cooker Split Pea Soup. Everything will cook while you're out hustling, and by the time you get home it'll be hot and ready!
