Um....Hi, my name is Emma, and I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE SEPTEMBER WENT. Does anyone else feel that way? Suddenly, it seems like there are pumpkins out in everyone's yards and I'm pulling an extra blanket over the bed at night.

Not that I'm mad about it. Fall is my favorite season! I love the build up to the holidays and the excuse to eat warm, cozy, comforting foods like last week's Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with Mozzarella and Red Peppers. Also the excuse to eat Apple Cider Donut Holes, because those are a MUST for apple season.
