Starting with meatless Monday, we're making Makinze's ultra-comforting Pasta Pomodoro. As far as we're concerned, nothing improves a Monday like a big bowl of pasta. On Tuesday we're getting spicy with Buffalo Chicken Chili. (Bonus: it makes the BEST leftovers.) Wednesday is all about Cilantro-Lime Noodles With Shrimp. We love it because it comes together in under in an hour, and tastes best eaten directly out of the skillet. 😉 Thursday we'll be cozying up with a bowl of Panera Autumn Squash Soup—if you're familiar with the original version you know this is not to be missed. On Friday we're making these INSANELY good Chicken Taquitos, loaded with a creamy cheese filling. The perfect way to celebrate the end of the week. 🙌 Happy cooking! Check out this week's recipes.
