Starting off strong, we've got a cozy Harvest Chicken Skillet that's basically the epitome of fall. Filled with veggies and bacon, it's a hearty one-skillet meal. On Tuesday, we're turning to comfort food with this creamy Pumpkin Mac & Cheese. The fried sage on top is so genius. On Wednesday, we're making this veggie-filled Creamy Chicken Fajita Pasta—if you have leftovers it makes the perfect not-so-sad desk lunch. On Thursday, we're keeping it simple with Reuben Stuffed Chicken. We love it sliced over a salad but it's great between two slices of bread too. Just don't forget the Russian dressing! On Friday we're getting fancy with some homemade Cacio e Pepe Gnocchi, the perfect way to end the week. Happy cooking! Check out this week's recipes.
