  Hi friends! Lena here with 5 insanely good recipes for the coming week.
We're actually looking forward to Monday for once, because we're making Risotto! Super creamy parmesan risotto, to be exact. On Tuesday, we're getting cozy with a big bowl of Instant Pot Butter Chicken—naan is very necessary. Wednesday we're treating ourselves to this insanely decadent Reuben Mac & Cheese. The crispy parm and breadcrumb topping is BEYOND. On Thursday we're making a big batch of this Hamburger Soup. It's best served with some crusty bread for dipping, and a handful of shredded cheddar if you're feeling cheesy. Friday we're getting fancy with Balsamic Basil Chicken.
