Phew, what a week. How are we all doing out there?

Now more than ever, meal planning is important as we’re all being asked to practice social distancing and stock up for our families.

That said, we’ve got the Spring Equinox and St. Patrick's Day this week, and couldn’t we all use a little something to look forward to? Longer days, green beers, some cozy time indoors.

This week's recipes aim to keep us busy in the kitchen — with a green theme. Think Thai Green Curry with Chicken and Green Chile Mac and Cheese. Or Kale with Sausage and White Beans (great to cook and freeze). We’re talking Pan-Seared Salmon and Turkey Zucchini Burgers (another great freezer candidate).
