NEW RECIPES! Easy Broiled Steak, Tres Leches Cake, Chicken Fried Rice, and MORE!

Latest recipes from Simply Recipes.

Hi, friends!

Confession: I have way more cookbooks than I actually cook from. I WANT to cook from them, but for some reason once 5pm rolls around, I tend to fall back on my usual standbys rather than pulling down a cookbook.

One good thing about all this home cooking we've been doing is that it's actually given me a chance to explore some of my cookbooks. Making all three meals at home, every day, week in and week out definitely means I need some support in the recipe department!

So, today I thought I'd share a few of my favorite cookbooks that I'm cooking from right now. Here's the rundown:

* Cool Beans by Joe Yonan: A new release this spring alllll about beans, your favorite pantry staple! After cooking a few recipes from this book, I will never look at beans the same way again.
* Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day by Zoe Francois and Jeff Hertzberg: I too have caught the baking bug, and this book has been a standby over the years. I have the master loaf memorized, but haven't ever branched out! Bagels! Baguettes! Brioche!
* The Ultimate Instant Pot Cookbook by Coco Morante: If you have an Instant Pot, this book by Simply Recipes contributor Coco Morante is a must. With over 200 recipes, it will be a while before I get bored of this one.
* The Zuni Cafe Cookbook by Judy Rodgers: Whatever you have in your fridge and cupboard right now, I guarantee there's a recipe in here to help you turn it into something amazing. I've barely scratched the surface of this cookbook!

Here's wishing you some tasty meals this week!
