We'll start with Honey-Garlic Cauliflower. Crunchy panko-crusted cauli + sweet and sticky sauce = an amazing meatless Monday meal. On the menu for Tuesday is a personal fave: Bacon Mac & Cheese. The topping is a combo of sourdough croutons, crispy bacon, and garlicky onions cooked with butter, bacon fat, and thyme. (😱 😱 😱) Foil Pack Salmon is the perfect 20-minute dinner to make on a Wednesday. Throw everything—salmon, asparagus, lemon slices, and butter—into a foil pack and call it a night. On Thursday, we're making Pineapple Chicken. The pineapple juice in the marinade tenderizes the chicken and encourages a delicious caramelization on the grill. And finally, on Friday, we're making Pizza Dough Khachapuri. Inspired by the traditional Georgian bread filled with cheese and egg, this version uses premade pizza dough. It's insanely easy and out-of-this-world delicious.
