To do our best to replicate it at home, we flavored ground chicken with hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, Sriracha, and sesame oil. Water chestnuts are used often in stir fries and add a nice crunch here. Butter makes everything better—especially when it's mixed with lemon zest, thyme, and oregano, then slathered on baked chicken. Ready to join? Let's get cooking.
