We wanted to make sure this dip was absolutely perfect, so we tested it over and over (and over) again until it was. The Delish team never complained once. Make this and it'll be gone in 10 seconds flat — we can almost guarantee it. There are two types of gnocchi you'll usually find in the grocery store. The shelf-stable kind that you find near the dry pasta that must be boiled, and the type you find in the refrigerated section near the ravioli and tortellini.
